Our unique pricing model means you pay on a cost per time basis, for our recruiters to seamlessly integrate with your inhouse talent team. We don’t charge any commission. The focus remains on quality, but delivered at a lower more transparent cost.

Need a territory covered? Our team can be put together taking into account the geographic reach of our client, with our research capability spanning across Europe, Asia and North America. Having consultants on the ground with local and intimate knowledge of each market allows us to provide our service more effectivelyaccurately. We have experience working in both developed and emerging markets such as LATAM, Africa and Asia.

Natalie Heilling

Brian Dorans

Principal Assessment Consultant
Brian Dorans is qualified to Level A and B in Occupational Psychometric testing through the British Psychological Society (BPS), and is a member of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Association (EFPA), the leading professional body in the EU. Brian is also a Certified Saville Wave® Practitioner and can administer the full suite of Saville Wave Psychometric Assessments.
Heidi Kull

Heidi Kull


Heidi is an experienced recruitment consultant, who works on assignments for Fortune 100 and start-up companies, for global players and local boutiques, delivering a wide variety of mainly international searches in the Technology (e commerce, software and hardware), Consulting (Strategy), Outsourcing (Professional Services) and Media sectors recruiting at C level down to mid management positions.

At Research Partners, Heidi is responsible for running the North American operation and manages the European delivery teams.
