Senior Research Consultant

The role of a Senior Research Consultant is primarily to identify and contact the best talent for our clients. As a Consultant you will be required to map the relevant markets and have a deep understanding of the roles that our clients recruit for. You will be required to learn and master the best Internet research tools to find candidates globally. Our researchers must have excellent communication skills. You should be able to act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Our main markets are Europe, Americas and Asia and the searches can be regional or global. We are looking for consultants based in Europe and North America. For a European based Consultant, languages such as German or Eastern European, would be an advantage but not essential.

You will be responsible for:

Producing target lists and collecting company information where relevant.
Name gathering through desk research and phone research.
Contacting and interviewing candidates by phone or Skype.
Phone checking data when needed to make sure it is accurate.
Actively involved in client briefing calls, presenting candidates and offering market insights.

Expectation of Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Previous recruitment experience is essential.
You must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills, a confident yet diplomatic manner and the ability to gain credibility and liaise effectively with individuals at all levels.
You must have a conscientious & methodical approach to work coupled with flexibility and the ability to think on your feet & respond to last minute changes calmly.
A suitable candidate will have a good academic record, with a degree qualification.

Support Consultant

The role of a Support Consultant is to support the Executive Searchers on a given number of assignments. Tasks will include general project admin and thorough desk research on specific projects, where you will be required to build a deep understanding of the roles that our clients recruit for. You will be expected to learn and master the best Internet research tools to find candidates globally. You must have excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and as part of a team. Most of our searches are either European or Global. We are looking for two Support Consultants that can be based anywhere in Europe and North America. For candidates based in Europe fluency in another European language would be an advantage but not essential.

You will be responsible for:

Weekly projecting reporting, able to work confidently with excel.
Finding email addresses and phone numbers.
Producing target lists and collecting company information where relevant
Name gathering through desk research.
Phone checking data when needed to make sure it is accurate.

Expectation of Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Previous recruitment experience desirable
Previous experience working in an administrative or support function
Strong excel skills
You must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills
You must have a conscientious & methodical approach to work coupled with flexibility and the ability to think on your feet & respond to last minute changes calmly.
Able to work under pressure and be a strong team player
Be comfortable within a target driven industry.
