Our Sourcing and Attraction involves an integrated approach of both active and passive candidate search. This will be executed by both desk and phone research.

Our Assessment and Selection process involves managing ad responses and driving targeted search campaigns in order to achieve quality shortlists through to candidate management throughout the interview process. Our team will CV-sift from ad campaigns. We also screen and assess candidates through indepth interviewing, which can be conducted by phone, video or face to face (where possible). Our interviews can be coupled with Psychometric testing providing an additional objective resource.
