Delivery Process

In order to deliver the best data, we make sure to have up to date knowledge of trends and challenges in our markets. We identify and track major players in up and coming companies, as well as key and emerging talent. Critical to the success of an Insight project is to use a two tier approach of both desk and phone based activity. We do not rely on purely digital or publicly available data. We utilise our existing network of key figures within each given sector and country to gather extra insight and perspective by speaking with these thought leaders.

Upon review of your business goals and assessment of your current recruitment process, we’ll customise a delivery strategy with all key components tailored to your needs. A Senior Account Manager will oversee the successful delivery of your project. We believe that success is determined by regular and open communication, together with regular reporting, where we will discuss the search status and any market and brand feedback.

The Three Stages of Insight

Stage One – The Brief

We work alongside business leaders to help design a customised Insight programme that support broader business goals. In doing so, we will take a detailed brief to fully understand the requirements of the project.
At this point, we will agree the scope of the campaign and specify the Insight that you would like us to gather in the market, companies and countries of your choice.

Stage Two – Intelligence Gathering – Desk Based

We build a fully comprehensive overview of each’s market unique challenges, opportunities and trends. Using an integrated approach – we use traditional market intelligence sources, digital data gathering tools including AI in combination with human intelligence.
Research Partners collect and evaluate intelligence from social media, public domain and various other online sources.

Stage Three – Intelligence Gathering – People

We collect and tap into the personal perspectives of thought leaders and visionaries in key sectors and industries you wish to target.
This avenue together with the systemic gathering, analysis and interpretation allows us to quickly gain insights into markets that otherwise may take weeks to gather by traditional methods.
