I have worked with Research Partners for over 8 years, in both my current role at Naspers and in my previous roles at eBay. The reason I like working with them is that they are a vendor I can trust. They give me quick and flexible capability to conduct searches at all levels, from a CTO to a developer, GMs, Finance, Marketing and product management.
A particular campaign that I remember was when Research Partners hired a CTO into one of eBay’s brands in Europe. This role had previously been with a number of other local agencies for several months. The business had seen over 60 CVs, that had been rejected. Due to Research Partners global capability with researchers across the US, Europe and Asia, they were able to conduct a thorough global market mapping, followed by a search campaign which resulted in an excellent short list of candidates, a successful hire, and a list of over 400 technologists that eBay could revisit and make further hires from in the future, with no extra costs.
Research Partners also has a unique targeting and profiling methodology for screening and ranking candidates that really provided the extra value to our decision-making process in hiring candidates into our German product team. This is supported by reports and data that is provided with every campaign.
Unlike many vendors, Research Partners are always honest about the projects that are within their capabilities to deliver. I find their integrity refreshing, and believe it’s one of the things that really sets them apart.
