Research Partners was asked to assist a US pre-IPO technology business with ramping up their workforce across North America and Europe. Our client did not have an internal recruitment function, so we worked directly with the CEO and his leadership team (hiring managers). Over an 8-month period, we developed an extensive partnership with our client and completed 64 successful hires by sourcing passive candidates. Over half of the searches were delivered across North America and the remainder within Europe. Job functions included VP Marketing, Demand Generation Marketing, Event Marketing, Online Marketing, Regional Sales Directors and their Sales teams of hunters, Presales, Solution Architects, Product Marketing Managers and a Chief People Officer.
