DIVERSITY: DIRECTOR LEVEL
Research Partners was asked to support a major global eCommerce business with two diversity lead executive searches in order to hire two Director level tax roles into their European headquarters in London. We conducted two successful searches that were focused on providing a gender-balanced short list of talent within the hi-tech segment, commutable to London. To find many qualified female applicants, we focused our recruiting efforts on places where women are easily reached. We researched relevant women’s organisations, networks and women’s employment websites. By working closely with our client to produce the correct messaging to target both male and female candidates, as well as providing regular updates and market feedback, Research Partners was able to narrow down the best talent available and hire a female candidate for both roles.
THE BENEFIT OF DIVERSITY CAMPAIGNS
We had a small pool of female talent we regularly engage with across key functions, which we tapped into for referrals, industry insight and sourcing around best outreach approach into this particular technology industry segment. Since diversity-focused campaigns are such a large part of our business with approximately 75% of projects having a gender or ethnicity focus, we were able to utilise our significant experience to capture leading women in the industry.
