Over the last seven years Research Partners has been a consistent support to PA Consulting Group in a number of complex search assignments in the USA, UK and Switzerland. These searches have included a variety of disciplines such as strategy, Cyber security, financial services, Life Sciences and healthcare, shared services and outsourcing.
The RP team have always worked hard to get underneath the brief and find the key attraction messages and importantly, highlighting obstacles along the way. They work at pace and are extremely efficient, and are not phased when multilingual capabilities are required.
Above all Natalie and Heidi are both extremely personable as well as professional and will stretch themselves to adapt to a client’s changing landscape during the market mapping and executive search process.
