Research Partners was asked for assistance by a global client in the payments sector who was experiencing a spike in hiring activity within their engineering team. Due to the time intensity of recruiting these types of roles, as well as the low calibre CVs and narrow pipeline from using local contingent agencies, our client retained two of our sourcing consultants for 3 months to proactively build talent pipelines for several mid-level engineering roles across the CEE region in Europe. We conducted searches in Romania, Germany and across other key European hubs which resulted in 6 key hires. We were able to utilise our team members with the specific market knowledge and local language capabilities in Romanian and German.
