We were asked to gather insight into one of their key competitors in Asia, North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Russia and Africa for their Global Oil & Gas practice.

Our focus was to provide insight around organizational structure, practice proposition, where employees were hired from, as well as a breakdown of their backgrounds, education, and fields of experience. We also delivered insight on Employee Value Proposition and how EVP attracts talent to the company. Additionally, we traced the career progression of key members within the company, outlining the overall governing body and vision of sourcing behaviour and impact.
