Research Partners was asked to initially run two talent pipelining campaigns in the online payments sector across North America and Europe. Each campaign yielded a talent pipeline of over 300 candidates in each region. Driven by our network of multi-lingual consultants, who have extensive market experience covering these continents, we successfully sought out a pool of talent that resulted in 4 crucial team-building hires per region. This rich pipeline of New Business Development and Key Account Management candidates allowed our client to make several offers at different levels and across different continents. Afterwards, our client wished to expand our efforts into South America. Having the flexibility to make as many hires as they needed, and structure their search with both individual contributor and team leading roles, our client had access to a ready-made pipeline for the next 12 months.
